Any termination of this Agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination.

User Account

For safety and security, each customer is allowed to create only one registered account by default. For customers who attempt to create several accounts, AHG EXPORTS LLC reserves the right to suspend accounts without further notice.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out to us immediately at service@ahgcommerce.com. We understand that sometimes changes are necessary, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that once your order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Order Processing Time

Once your order has been paid and confirmed, it will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Processing time refers to the period between when your order is placed and when it is fulfilled by our warehouse. This processing time is to be added on top of the delivery time. During big sales events and holiday periods, processing times are typically longer and may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Time

After your order has been shipped, the standard delivery time is 5-7 business days. Please note that business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. During Black Friday and holiday seasons, carriers may experience delays, so please allow a few extra days for your package to be delivered.

Tracking Information

As soon as your package has been shipped, the tracking information will be sent to you via email. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for your tracking link to be activated. Your package is on its way, and the tracking link will be updated with more information soon. Please check your tracking link regularly. The tracking page will show you an estimated delivery date and delivery status. If you need to contact the carrier directly regarding any delivery issues, please go to the “status” section and scroll down to find the carrier’s tracking number. Returns

We stand by the quality of our products. You may return any item within 7 business days of receiving your package for a refund. Returned items must be in brand new, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened items or items that have been worn. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Please note that certain customized products are not eligible for return. Please refer to the product page for specific details.

Exchanges

If you receive a product with quality issues or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 30 business days of receiving your package to request an exchange. We will provide a replacement of the same item. Exchanges can also be made easily through our website for other situations. Please initiate the exchange and we will guide you through the process.

Online Purchases

Please remember that purchases made on our website must be returned to our online store only.

Return Process

For any returns, contact us at service@ahgcommerce.com to arrange the return. We ask that you pack the item carefully to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Charges

We are unable to refund shipping charges unless the return is due to our error. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

Important Notes

We do not have any influence on the local delivery process. In case of any issues with the delivery of your package, the carrier must be contacted directly. Did not receive your tracking email? Please check your spam folder and verify whether you have received an order confirmation email. If the estimated delivery time has passed and you still have not received your package, please contact our customer care team at service@ahgcommerce.com. We will gladly check on your order and provide you with a solution.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms and Conditions or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of California, in each case located in Orange County, California. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
